They happen daily walking through the halls of preschool when I chat with kids about what’s on their minds (boo boos, shoes, babies, backpacks, art, where I live- which is not the studio)

Getting messy with kids!

What I Wanted To Be When I Grew Up (At Age 10):

Veterinarian and Artist

When Not In The Classroom I Can Be Found:

Wrangling two kiddos while wishing I had another set of arms, but loving almost all of it.

Favorite Place In The World:

The kitchen in my granny’s house in Dublin, cooking toast on her Aga cooker.

Favorite Place In My Imagination:

A freshly made bed, with the NYT Sunday edition, and a coffee on the nightstand.

My Desert Island EDC (The handful of things you cannot live without):

My family, chapstick, a knitting project, coffee and wine.

I Knew I Wanted To Work At Northside When…

I realized there was a magical place, an art studio in a preschool where I could spend my days creating with enthusiastic children!

Secret Dream Job:

A crew-member for any David Attenborough documentary.

Anything by Oliver Sacks or Haruki Murakami
